We provide a decision making process to help prospects / customers with finding the right decision in a given time period. The diagram below shows the activities in sequential order.
REAL WORLD PROVEN: The process works successful in the real world. It clearly covers the before stage (current situation) and the expected after stage (desired situation). There might be different routes to an organizations desired situation and different routes might have different measures. However the POC (Proof of concept) shows which route an organization should choose in order to implement a particular solution set successfully and gain the expected rewards. The measures provide a profound set of evaluation criteria. Therefore the whole process is under control.
