Dynamic forms for SDE benefits from the Client Services
capabilities made available to all Service Desk Express
costumers by BMC Software in 2010.
Based on what "type of request" the client picks in the
costumized Client Services part, different information fields
apear and allow the end-user to provide topic-relevant data.
The same fields will show up in the administrator view of SDE on
an incident, problem or change request level.
