Process audit
THE GOAL
The goal of the process audit is to spot problems/opportunities in IT organizations. Usually the problems/opportunities have an impact on the financial efficiency of the department and on effectiveness. If there is no problem/opportunity than there is nothing to do for us.
THE METHODOLOGY
Depending on the situation we use subsets of Systems thinking methodlogies. We use the SSM (Soft Systems Methodology) to find and spot problem/opportunity areas. HSM (Hard Systems Methodology) to find solutions and model the output.
